Lumen

January 2020 Dutch trio Kika Sprangers, Martin Fondse and Jörg Brinkmann finished recording 14 instrumental pieces at Splendor Amsterdam, with producer/engineer Chris Weeda (most known for his work with Toots Thielemans).
Lumen is their blueprint for searching new paths in modern music.
This remarkable combination of three composers and performers – with roots in European jazz and chambre music – travels many musical roads. The result is a colorful collaboration with lyrical and melancholic melodies with a minimal and cinematic vibe.
